NMBC Funding

Northern Michigan Broadband Cooperative is working with Local, State and Federal agencies to secure both grant funding and low-cost, long term loans to finance our projects.

Membership will also help to close any financial gaps. To that end, Northern Michigan Broadband Cooperative will be a true public-private partnership serving northern Michigan.

Our board and staff recently completed 42 applications for stimulus funding grants for the first round of the BTOP through the NTIA.  We will keep you informed of our progress.
